These Weissenborn style guitars are inspired by the iconic acoustic lap steels made in the early 1900's by Hermann Weissenborn.

I added my own personal spin to this elegant design with plenty of opportunities for customizing and embellishments.

The result is a very vibrant and responsive  instrument, with a warm and enchanting sound and seemingly endless sustain.

Available as 6 string or 8 string version, for a variety of tunings.

Made from all solid Tasmanian Blackwood or Hawaiian Koa.
